~ Peek-A-Boo ~

Peek-a-boo is about as cute as they come!  He is a 9 yr old gelding.  Peek-a-boo came from a trail riding barn, but before that he had been part of a petting zoo, and had done summer camp programs before that.  Peek-a-boo is a one of a kind pony with two amazing blue eyes!  His favorite thing is treats, and loves to love on people!

Penny being ridden by Brooke
Penny is our other wonderful pony!  She is a 19yr old mare that came to live with us in March of 2013.  She is the most loving pony you could ever meet.  She is wonderful at teaching children how to ride and loves doing it!  Her favorite thing is to be groomed by a child who loves her.  She will just stand there for hours!

Unfortunately Penny is for sale.  She needs a home with less of a workload.  If you are interested please contact us.  We are sad to see her leave, but want her to be happy and comfortable.

~ GOATS ~
Samson and Mr. Bill are cousins!

~ Samson ~

Picture
Samson is our younger of the two goats.  His birthday is April 21st 2013.  He came to live with us when he was just two days old and has been here ever since!  Samson was rejected by his mother and therefore needed to be bottle fed as an infant and because of that now loves people, and wants nothing more than to be loved on by children! Samson also likes to take field trips!  He has visited Good News Nursery School and Grace Community Church in Washingtonville.  Samson likes to help teach children about goats!

~ Mr. Bill ~

Picture
Mr. Bill is our older goat.  Mr. Bill is only slightly older than Samson by a month or two.  Mr. Bill was also bottle raised and LOVES people.  We like to nickname him Houdini because he loves to try to escape wherever he is, and he like to climb the highest things and then try and jump off of them!  Mr. Bill has also taken field trips to story time at the Port Jervis Library, and visited Stop, Hop, & Roll when he was a baby! Now Mr. Bill is here to stay and loves every minute of it!

Our Gaggle of Khaki Campbell Ducks

Picture
We have 6 adult Khaki Campbell Ducks living at Stop, Hop, & Roll.  They were born mid march of 2014.  We have 2 boys and 4 girls.  The ducks are loud but very fun to watch. We are happy to announce that 12 ducklings were born in September of 2015! They become more and more friendly every day and are beginning to love people.  The ducks came to live with us when they were only a few days old.  A few of our volunteers helped raise the ducks when they were really little so they have been handled all their lives.  The ducks names are...
-Tiny
-Normal
-Soup
-Quackers
-Peanut Butter
-Jelly
